Gluten Free Muffin Microwave baked



Muffin cake, gluten free

Enriched with fibers

Microwave baked in 3 minutes.

Just add egg and water, mix and bake.

Developed especially for Nutrigal

 

Preparation stages:

 

Prepare equal amounts of premix, egg and water.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl to obtain a uniform slurry.
Transfer the slurry to a microwave-safe mold.
Bake in the microwave for 2:30 minutes.
Remove from the mold and let cool upside down for a few minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
